We're waiting for Chloe Knipe to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust,

1. What is the form of contract: AQP or sole provider?

2. At what percentage of tariff is each provider delivering services?

3. What activity numbers were delivered by each provider, by HRG code, over the past 12 months?

4. Please confirm who (if any) providers are providing ToP services to patients without a contract where a patient has exercised their right to choose a provider? What are the activity numbers delivered per provider?

5. Please confirm if you have any formal arrangements to accept referrals from any other local providers?

6. What were the average wait times for providers over the past 12 months? (broken down by month and surgical/medical)

7. Do any of the contracted providers sub-contract any parts of the service to an alternative provider? If so, who and what?

provider.

2. At what percentage of tariff is each provider delivering services?
Based on last available reference costs 2018/19 the weighted % of cost
compared to tariff for all gestations is 142%. This is the most recent
reference period available for fully absorbed costing of services.

3. What activity numbers were delivered by each provider, by HRG code,
over the past 12 months? I have attached this data for the period August
2019 to July 2020.

4. Please confirm who (if any) providers are providing ToP services to
patients without a contract where a patient has exercised their right to
choose a provider? What are the activity numbers delivered per provider?
All services provided under contract.

5.  Please confirm if you have any formal arrangements to accept referrals
from any other local providers? Yes, referrals received for complex TOP
services regionally.

6. What were the average wait times for providers over the past 12 months?
