Term time holidays following supreme Court judgment

We're waiting for Wayne Pearsall to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Warwickshire County Council,

Please provide any new information you have distributed to schools or plan to distribute to schools relating to Term time holidays and absences following supreme Court judgment iow v platt.

Please provide any information provided to your authority from the dfe relating to term time absences and holidays following the Supreme Court judgment.

Please provide the latest copy of your ace team memo of understanding, referral process tree / map, and referral form.

Please provide a complete list of all local schools that are currently signed up to use the ace service.

Please provide a list of which schools have made referrals to the ace team in the past twelve months, broken down by month where possible.
