Tenures on Regeneration Estates
Dear Lambeth Borough Council,
Please could you give me a full breakdown of the number of homes in each of the different tenures on the six regeneration estates: Central Hill, Cressingham, Fenwick, South Lambeth, Cotton Gardens / Knights Walk and Westbury?
The tenures identified so far are -
a) secure council tenant;
b) temporarily-housed in a council property;
c) temporarily-housed in a privately-rented bought back property;
d) privately renting via an agency and Homes for Lambeth in a bought back property;
e) leaseholder;
f) secure tenant from off the estate living in a council property (not bought back) but not using the current address for official purposes; and
g) secure tenant from off the estate living in a bought-back (former leasehold) council property and not able to use the current address for official purposes.
There may be others.
Please supply me with the number in each category on each of the estates listed above.
Please could you supply me with the number of empties on each estate according to each category?
Yours faithfully,
Sabine Mairey

Dear Lambeth Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Lambeth Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Tenures on Regeneration Estates'.
This is unable to be understood. For example, it says South Lambeth: 1, but fails to say what the 1 refers to. Could this be given in an understandable format?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...
Yours faithfully,
Sabine Mairey
