Dear R Hughes

FOI/6764

Subject: Tenure and household make up of Regina Road, SE25

Freedom of Information request or EIR

Thank you for your recent request for information. This is to inform you
that we are unable to answer your request based on what you have
requested.

Your Request:

"Please would you confirm the below information relating to Regina Road
Estate:

Tenure make up:

1. Number of residents that are currently living in Regina Road Estate as
temporary accommodation

2.  Number of residents in Regina Road estate that are leaseholders

3. Number of residents in Regina Road estate are secure tenants

4. Number of residents in Regina Road estate that are introductory tenants

Temporary accommodation information relating to Regina Road:

5. Number of these households have been on the housing register for over 1
year

6. Household make up of temporary accommodation households in Regina Road
estate"

Could you please clarify in greater detail exactly the information you are
requesting. Specifically, we need to know if this is in relation to the
consultation area or the whole of the estate – if so, is it just the
properties on Regina road, or the Regina road estate, as this includes
sunny bank and Adair close.

If this is about the whole estate it will involve a very large piece of
work which has been estimated by our tenancy officers to likely take more
than the 18 hours to compile the information and thus engage Section 12
exemption of the FOIA.

If it is the consultation area (191 properties), we should be able answer
all but question 6 as we also need to understand what this question is
asking so please clarify what you mean by "make-up of households" in terms
of what data you are looking to receive for this.

Kindly be informed that the time for processing your request stops until
we hear from you.  Please quote the above reference in your correspondence
with us. In some circumstances a fee may be payable and if that is the
case, either myself or a colleague will let you know the likely charges
before proceeding.

If we do not hear from you within the next 20 working days we will close
your request.

Please provide your clarification by responding to this email. Please do
not amend the Subject line.

Kind Regard

Dear Information Management Team,

Thank you for the response.

Please provide information relevant to the consultation area only and including the temporary accommodation within the consultation area properties.

With regards to question 6, household make up would mean adults, dependants and non-dependants in the household and any disabled members of the household.

Thank you for your assistance,
Yours sincerely,

R Hughes
