Inspection-/ properties private/ & rented ?

fcho tennants are told to

Leave properties in good condition/ not to tamper brick work or garden anomalies this
Is placed on tennancey agreement

My point is a private
Tennant cut 10 ft tree from fcho communal area ,

Private and first choice homes tennants
Should be treated equally living in communal areas / & listened two no discrimination grounds

protests become very antisocial/ especially in shaw area communities
