Specifically, you have requested the following information:

Please outline the tendering process in securing agents to sell properties
amongst the £300 m programme of property asset disposals.

Two selling agents were appointed using OJEU / Public Procurement
compliant frameworks.
This covers the tranches 1 & 2 of properties approved for disposal as set
out in Cabinet paper in May and December 2023.  Please see below for links
