'I would also like to know the Financial Penalty's for Merseytravel Tenders that had not operated/Buses on Tenders that did not meet the Tender Requirements.'

By this do you mean what penalties have been issued to bus operators who were successful in the tendering exercise for the failure to fulfil the requirements of the contract?

With regard to financial penalties issued to operators for failure to fulfil the requirements of the contract, the total figure for all deductions taken in 2017/18 was £453,818.
