Dear Requester,

RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST (1278/18)

We have dealt with your request in accordance with your ‘right to know’
under section 1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), which
entitles you to be provided with any information ‘held’ by a public
authority, unless the information is not held or an appropriate exemption
applies.

I can confirm that NHS Nottingham City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)
does hold the information you have requested.

1.    A copy of the tender document produced by the CCG for the running of
the Urgent Care Centre at Seaton House.

Please see attached the ITT process overview.

2.    Can you also inform me if the 4 hour target is applicable to the
Urgent Care centre and if so, is this reported separately, or in
combination with the Emergency Department at QMC NUH.

Yes the 4 hour target is applicable and is reported separately
and jointly. Nottingham City CCG monitor the Urgent Care Centre
performance against the 4 hours           target as part of contract
management processes and performance is also reported in conjunction with
NUH ED in response to the updated national process for
attributing non co-located Type 3 activity.

The Performance Report is received at the CCG’s monthly
Governing Body meeting, the latest version is publicly available on our
[1]website (please see page 155).

‘NHS England is now publishing a further set of figures, in
which non-co-located Type 3 activity is attributed and mapped to the
relevant Type 1 provider’. – extract from            NHS I letter dated
25^th January 2018

3.    If they are reported as a combined statistic can you provide me with
the decision maker/makers for them to be combined.

This is in response to the national directive highlighted
above. This was also discussed and ratified at local level at the Greater
Nottingham A&E Delivery Board            where regulators, senior health
and care system leaders are members.

I hope that this answers your request. However, if you have any queries or
concerns then please contact me. Please remember to quote the reference
number above in any future communications.

If you are unhappy with the way in which your request has been handled,
NHS Nottingham City CCG has an internal review procedure through which you
can raise any concerns you might have. Further details of this procedure
can be obtained by contacting Lucy Branson, Director of Corporate
Development via [2][email address] or by writing to NHS Nottingham
