Following your tender decision for a social care case management system in
2014/15, can you confirm the following information?

 

1.    The date on the award letter to the successful bidder, advising that
they had been selected as preferred supplier subject to a standstill
period?

 

The decision to award the contract was taken on 16 July 2014. The
selection of Corelogic was a further competition process from the Local
Government Software Application Solutions (LGSAS) Framework Agreement
(RM865) and bidders were notified of the decision on 17 July 2014. As this
was a further competition from a pre-tendered framework a standstill
period was not required.

 

2.    Date of contract signature

 

25^th July 2014

 

3.    Predicted go live date for initially?

 

A phased approach was originally identified as implementation commencing
in the first quarter of 2015

 

4.    Actual go live date for the system?

 

Phase 1 went live in May 2015 and phase 2 went live in November 2015

 

5.    If they had been selected to provide a system for both adults and
children’s services, did they go live on the same date?

 

Yes

 

6.    If not, please state dates for both systems.

7.    Did the finance functionality for the system(s) go live on the same
date as the case   management system(s)?

 

No

An aspect of the Children’s Finance module went live in 2017.

We are not using this functionality in Mosaic

So 2 years after 'go live' children's finance is partially live and adult finance isn't live at all.
