Thank you for your Freedom of Information Act (2000) ( the “Act”) request.

We can provide information for part of your enquiry but not for the entire
request as we only partially hold the necessary material. Please
find below the relevant details:

The Council does not hold information on the numbers of evictions through
court. The Government publishes quarterly mortgage and landlord possession
statistics

Approximately 500 homelessness applications were received by this Council
during the time specified.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
