2) What is the authority's annual spend on temporary staff?

3) Who are the top 10 recruitment agencies that the authority uses for temporary staffing, and what percentage of spend do each of them supply?

4) What are the job titles that the authority uses for temporary staff and what are the corresponding pay rates?

5) How much, does the authority pay to agencies per hour for each of the job titles used?

6) How much does the managed service provider charge the authority per hour for it's services, and how much does this equate to per year?

7) How much does the provider save the authority per annum on its temporary staffing spend?

In addition to the above, please provide a copy of the contract between the authority and managed service provider.
