1) How many agencies are on the agreed panel and which ones are actually supplying?

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council do not hold the number of agencies, the supplier is Matrix SCM.

2) How many agencies that have supplied were not on the agreed panel (i.e. off panel spend)?

3) What was the spend by each agency?

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council do not hold the spend by individual agency, the total spend with Matrix SCM was £939,102.71.

4) When is temporary staffing supply up for re-tender?

Currently runs until 10/4/2014 with an option to extend to 10/4/2015
