I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the
Authority under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.

 

Please find the response to your request below.

 

-       temporary agency labour spend on call centre/ contact centre spend
in the last 12 months.

£16,600 for the period 01/09/2018 – 31/08/2019

 

-       a breakdown of the agencies that you used for call centre/ contact
agency staff.

-       do you recruit via PSL, Master Vendor, Vendor Neutral Managed
Solution?

Wakefield Council does not have a specific list of agencies we use for
these roles, as we have a contract in place with a Neutral Vendor Provider
(Matrix SCM) to source agency workers through their supply chain of
agencies.
