Dear Sedgemoor District Council,

Could you please supply under the auspices of the Freedom of Information Act the following in respect of the 'Christmas Extravagana' event held in the High Street, Burnham-on-Sea on 12th December 2015. For the avoidance of doubt, this is the event organised by "Burnham Events Social Team" and featuring the erection of a stage on the highway opposite The Railway public house and the closure of the High Street.

1. The application for a Temporary Event Notice received by Sedgemoor District Council.
2. Any objections received from Avon & Somerset Constabulary or Environmental Health Officers regarding the application.
3. A copy of the notice issued, or if not issued, any decision letter or similar to that effect.
