Please provide minutes of all meetings where the changes to bank staff terms were discussed.

Please provide all documentation in relation to the decision making, consultation and implementation of this new document.

Please provide details of the sanctions and/or course of action that a bank staff member of staff will be subject to should they refuse to sign and return the new document.

The Trust will deal with this in accordance with the Trust’s Complaints Policy, which will include an internal review of the original decision. This decision will be reviewed by a senior person independent of the original response. A response will be provided to you within 20 working days following the date of receipt of the complaint i.e. by 15th May 2018. The Trust will, however, endeavour to respond as soon as is practicable.
