What are the max nightly rates that you would take properties on
Studio - Single person
Studio - 2 members
1 bed-
2 bed
3 bed -
4 bed -
Whatever the most cost effective rate would be at the time for the council
and as close to the PAN London rate as possible, depending on size and
composition of the unit.
Do you have demand for 5-6 bed properties if so what are the rates?
For 5-6 Bedroom properties we will only pay the maximum allowed under
Housing Benefit rooms. This figure currently stands at £429 per week.
Disabled units
Disabled units rates will be similar to the rates for a similar bedroom
size.
