Dear Mr Grimes

Further to our response dated 26 November 2014, I would confirm that the contract will be reviewed on an annual basis, prior to the renewal date, i.e. before June each year. If this contract is not renewed, a procurement process will commence. If the contract is renewed annually, then approximately 6 months prior to 29 June 2017, the council will being the procurement process to re-tender this contract.
