for the financial year 2014/2015?
2. What formal arrangements are in place with regards to temporary
agency staffing, and if an arrangement is in place with whom? (i.e. managed service, PSL, etc.)

Our Response:
1. Hertsmere Borough Council spent a total amount (net of VAT) of
£1,656,185 in the financial year 2014/15.
