Please can you provide me with the following information.

What is the Temporary agency spend for Admin and clerical roles in the last 12 months?

What is the Temporary agency spend for other roles such as catering,cleaners?

Which agencies have you used in the last 12 months?

Do you recruit via a PSL, Master Vendor, Vendor Neutral Managed Solution?

What process do recruitment agencies have to be part of to be considered to recruit for you ie PSL etc. ?

The response below was received from GSA's Registrar and Secretary:

1) What is the Temporary agency spend for Admin and clerical roles in the last 12 months?

GSA's finance system doesn’t distinguish between the categories requested in Q1 and Q2 - so a breakdown cannot be provided. The total amount spent on agency staff in 2018/19 was £141,107.55.

2) What is the Temporary agency spend for other roles such as catering, cleaners?

See Q1.

3) Which agencies have you used in the last 12 months?

Per Temps, ASA, Harvey Nash, Hays.

4) Do you recruit via a PSL, Master Vendor, Vendor Neutral Managed Solution?

No.

5) What process do recruitment agencies have to be part of to be considered to recruit for you i.e. PSL etc.?

N/A.
