So the answer to your question is the total number of people that have been temporary admittance between these dates wheather this was given at port/airport of entry, removal centre and anywhere else the home office grant temporary admittance

Yours sincerely,

Dear FOI Responses,

Thank you for your email dated 22 March 17

The question I asked was why has the reply taken so long. This request was first made on 31st May 16, how long has this request been sitting on the ministers desk. Is it normal for FOI request to have to have ministerial approval before being released

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Chandler

Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Temporary admission'.
I would like to know why this request has gone to a minister for approval. Also why it is taking so long to get that approval. The first request for this information was made in May 2016 this is totally unacceptable for a simple request to take this long. There is either a floor in the FOI request system at the Home Office of you don't want me to have this information.

Dear Home Office,

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Temporary admission'.
This is getting beyond a joke you have had this request for over a year, what is the point of having the 20 day rule if the home office is not going to stick to it. What is my appeal route as there has to be someone that is held to account for this fiasco

Regards

Andrew

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Temporary admission'.
Another month has passed and not even a reply to my pequest dated 2nd August 2017. This really is unacceptable. This request has now taken 14 months and still with no answer.
I have contacted the ICO and my local MP but surely there is someone within the Home Office that is answerable for this disgraceful process.
