Dear Lambeth Council,
Thank you for the reply. I would like to ask for clarification.
"It is estimated that to retrieve the information for this request would take at least 5 minutes per record to collate and there are 263 identified to examine giving a total of approximately 21.9 hours."
What is the number "263" referring to? Is "263" the total number of properties that are currently occupied by temporary accommodation tenants at all of the six regeneration estates?
Also, how was the estimate of the amount of time it would take ("at least 5 minutes per record") arrived at?
Yours sincerely,
Julia Zakolska
Hi Julia,
The number 263 is referring to the number of properties listed as TA/TA
License across the 6 Liveability Estates which in Central Hill,
Cressingham, Fenwick, South Lambeth, Knights Walk and Westbury.
The 5 minutes per record is based on an average it would take going
through each 'record'. This is based on the feedback from the service.
I hope that provides more clarity on the matter.
Kind regards
FOI Team

Dear Lambeth Council,
In the 'Factors in favour of withholding' section, it is stated that: 'There is a high risk that releasing the addresses of empty properties will lead to more crime.'
I did not ask for the addresses of empty properties to be released. I did not ask which properties are currently occupied. I asked HOW MANY properties are currently occupied.
Therefore, my question remains: How many out of the 263 properties, which are listed as TA/TA License across the 6 Liveability Estates (Central Hill, Cressingham, Fenwick, South Lambeth, Knights Walk and Westbury), are currently occupied?
Yours sincerely,
Julia Zakolska
