Request and Response 

Dear Peterborough City Council,  

1. How many properties do you currently have on Temporary Accommodation?  

264 properties    

2. Please can you advise us on the maximum that is paid per night for a
Studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed, 3 Bed & 4 Bed.  

Studio / 1 bed - £65 per night / 2, 3 and 4 bed properties are generally
leased on long term basis, and we look to agree a rent at local housing
allowance (with a maximum of 10% on top).  

3. Who are your largest 5 suppliers and how much do you pay them on
average every month and provide the last 3 month they have invoiced you
for?  

CrossKeys Homes Housing Association £89,686.22 (January - March 23) 

Eastfield Guesthouse £365,850 (January - March 23) 

Charnwood Guesthouse £78,845 (January - March 23) 

Travelodge £237,629.49 (January - March 23)

We do not have five large suppliers, anything over and above the use of
these four providers would be one off purchase amounting to very little. 

4. If we were to supply accommodation on this basis, please can you give
