Our response is as follows:

 

 1. How many properties do you currently have on temporary accommodation?

 

We currently have 1800 properties in which we place our TA clients

 

 2. Please can you advise us on the maximum that is paid per night for a
Studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed, 3 Bed & 4 Bed.

 

1 bed flat -  The current highest rate we pay for a 1 Bed is £50

2 bed flat - The current highest rate we pay for a 2 Bed is £65

3 bed flat - The current highest rate we pay for a 3 Bed is £105

4bed flat -   The current highest rate we pay for a 4 Bed is £95

 

3. Who are your largest 5 suppliers and how much do you pay them on
average every month and provide the last 3 month they have invoiced you
for?

Allied Ventures Property Solutions Ltd

Angels Abode Limited

House To Home Lettings Ltd

TKF Group Ltd

Safe Homes SE Limited

 

We confirm that we hold the names of our 5 largest supplies and how much
we pay them on average and the information for the invoices for the last 3
months.  However, this information is exempt as it is reasonably
accessible to you in accordance with section 21(1) of the Act; which
provides information is exempt, and therefore does not have to be
disclosed in response to a request, if it is reasonably accessible to the
applicant by other means.

To assist, the information you require is found in the price bracket is
payments over £500.  You will need to filter the spreadsheet.  This will
provide you with the amount that has been paid up to December 2022.  The
last quarter has not yet been uploaded onto the Council’s Web Site.
