Thank you for your request for information about Temporary Accomodation.
Your request was received on 6 December 2017 and is being dealt with under
the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Your request was to be supplied with the following information:

How many properties do you currently have on Temporary Accommodation?

 

Please can you advise us on the maximum that is paid per night for a
Studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed, 3 Bed & 4 Bed.

The Council does hold the information that you have requested and the
information is given below.

 

How many properties do you currently have on Temporary Accommodation?

We currently utilise 47 properties for temporary accommodation. In
addition to this the Council owns and maintains 13 flats in a residential
block which can be broken down into smaller units depending on household
requirements.

 

Please can you advise us on the maximum that is paid per night for a
Studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed, 3 Bed & 4 Bed.

Different rates are paid depending on the level of management and support
provided. However, as a baseline, Plymouth City Council pay rates based on
the Local Housing Allowance, which are published here :
