Temporary accommodation leasing
Dear Lewisham Borough Council,
Please can the council answer the following questions about temporary accommodation
Q1) how many households owed the main housing duty (under s.193(2) Housing Act 1996) are currently living in temporary accommodation?
Q2) for how many of the households in answer to question 1 does the council lease the temporary accommodation on a nightly (short periodic) basis?
Q3) for how many of the households in answer to question 1 does the council lease the temporary accommodation on a fixed term basis (with an original fixed term of more than 12 months)?
Yours faithfully,
