Thank you for your email dated 15/05/23 requesting information under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.  I am now in a position to respond to
your questions as follows:

1. What is the average cost of temporary accommodation in the area to the
tenant? £94.36

1.a What is the average cost of temporary accommodation in the area to the
tenant for:

a. a one bedroom dwelling £79.88

b. a two bedroom dwelling £95.99

c. a three bedroom dwelling £107.22

d. a four or more bedroom dwelling We do not have four bedroom dwellings

Temporary accommodation costs the same across the borough so we will not
need to answer question 2 and 3

2. What is the lowest cost of temporary accommodation in the area to the
tenant for:

a. a one bedroom dwelling

b. a two bedroom dwelling

c. a three bedroom dwelling

d. a four or more bedroom dwelling

3. What is the highest cost of temporary accommodation in the area to the
tenant for:

a. a one bedroom dwelling

b. a two bedroom dwelling

c. a three bedroom dwelling

d. a four or more bedroom dwelling
