Temporary accommodation available to let on specific dates
Dear Lambeth Borough Council,
Can you please provide the below information about the temporary accommodation that was available and offered under Part VII Housing Act 1996, on: 21st March 2024, 2nd October 2024, and 11th October 2024.
This request is only about the availability of self contained temporary accommodation with 2 bedrooms or less. We ask that in the reply studio flats are differentiated from one bedroom flats.
Q1) For each temporary accommodation unit available to let/offer by the council on 21st March 2024, 2nd October 2024, and 11th October 2024, please provide: a) the number of bedrooms, b) the postcode* (c) the date of availability, ie. whether 21st March 2024, 2nd October 2024, and 11th October 2024
Q2) For each temporary accommodation unit actually offered by the council to a homeless household on 21st March 2024, 2nd October 2024, and 11th October 2024, please provide: a) the number of bedrooms, b) the postcode*, c) the priority group of the household the accommodation was offered to [in accordance with the council's Placement Policy, eg Group B etc.] d) the date of the offer ie. whether 21st March 2024, 2nd October 2024, and 11th October 2024.
* if the full postcode cannot be provided, we ask that the 4 digit postcode is provided eg. "SW9 8"
