Temperature data from botanical gardens.
Dear University of Cambridge,
It is my understanding that your Botanic Gardens maintain a weather station, and this is used to transmit daily reports to the UK met' office.
I would like a copy of all daily temperature reports from this weather station that are held electronically.
To be clear, I'm interested only in the min/max temperature values themselves, not digitised copies of paper forms.
Yours faithfully,
David Jones

Dear FOI,
I understand that the University of Cambridge does not have the data I requested. Is it possible that the data is held on your behalf by another authority (the Met Office?). See section 3(2)(b) of the FOI Act.
Yours sincerely,
David Jones

No electronic copies are held. The letter makes it slightly unclear whether they hold paper records.
