1) How many agencies are on the agreed panel and which ones are actually
supplying? All external agencies are used via MATRIX on the MSTAR
agreement
2) How many agencies that have supplied were not on the agreed panel
(i.e. off panel spend)? n/a
3) What was the spend by each agency? Information not held. All spend is
billed via MATRIX, and we can only therefore supply the total figure.
4) When is temporary staffing supply up for re-tender? Apr 2016
