Please confirm what telephony system the Trust uses ?  8x8

 

Do you record all incoming and outgoing calls ? Incoming and outgoing
calls associated with Medway NHS Foundation Trust contact centres
(including main switchboard and Patient Service Centre) are recorded. But
not all incoming and outgoing calls are recorded

 

If you do not record calls can you confirm you rationale for not recording
? This is not enabled as default for all users. Rather enabled based on
user or service requests where a business case is produced or business
need is established. There are associated costs with facilitating call
recording.

 

If you do record please confirm for how long you retain any recordings and
the guidance and legislation that you follow in relation to retention and
destruction ? 1 Year. Considered guidance and regulation includes; NHS
Records Retention and Disposal Schedule, GDPR, Data Security and
Protection Toolkit.
