collections; fly tipping and pot holes. Residents can also check their
council tax balance on MyAccounts and find "MyNearest" on their

The Council has an on-premises infrastructure which is used to host
applications. Other applications are externally hosted by third-party ISVs
and provided under a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. Some of the ISVs
host their applications themselves, while others host them on third-party
cloud providers such as AWS and Azure.
3. Storage
a. Does your organisation use on-premise or cloud storage or both?

Most of the Council's cloud storage is purchased as a part of Office 365
services - e.g. Exchange Online and SharePoint. (The cost of the storage
element of the service is not split out individually.) The Council has
additional storage in Azure, the cost of which was roughly £3400 during
financial year 2021/2022.
e. How do you back up your data and with who e.g. Backup as a Service
Data is backed up using NetApp on premise Storage Area Networks
