collections; fly tipping and pot holes. Residents can also check their

· The Council has an on-premises infrastructure which is used to
host applications. Other applications are externally hosted by third-party
ISVs and provided under a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. Some of the
ISVs host their applications themselves, while others host them on
third-party cloud providers such as AWS and Azure.

a. Does your organisation use on-premise or cloud storage or both?
· Both

· Data is backed up using NetApp on premise Storage Area Networks
and tape.
