Telephone WCA decisions - follow up request.

The request was successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

With reference to my previous request regarding WCA's conducted by telephone.
Your references FOI 01056 & IR 09816, unnumbered second IR, and the information eventually released following the intervention of the ICO.
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...

In your response when releasing some extracted information you state:

"However, please find enclosed extracts from communications issued to decision makers from
when telephone assessments were introduced up to the date of your request which fall into
scope of your original FOI request. These communications advice decision makers to take
business as usual decision making action on receipt of a recommendation from the HCP
generated by a telephone assessment."

Whilst the information provided is acceptable in the first instance, your use of the word "extracts" suggests that the department may still be witholding some relevant information.

Accordingly please provide full copies of "These communications (which) advice (sic) decision makers" and from which those "extracts" originated.

Yours faithfully,

S. Gwilliam
