The member of staff who opened it on 02 October misunderstood your
request; it was thought that you were re-sending your request dated 31
August, which DWP handled under reference number VTR 768, as the wording
was very similar.
You received a response to VTR 768 on 02 October from Chris Lamb. We
therefore believed we had responded to all of your queries.
Your latest request will be handled as a matter of urgency. Please quote
reference VTR 1114 in any correspondence about this request.
