Dear Sirs

You offer the telephone line 0845 452 2350 on which motorists can make payment of a PCN. Per OFCOM the charges for calling it are: 'The cost of calling 0843, 0844 and 0845 numbers is made up of two parts: an access charge going to your phone company, and a service charge set by the organisation you are calling.'

The service charge for calls to 084 numbers is between 0p and 7p per minute.

What service charge has the council set per minute?

I wish to know the total service charge credited or paid to the council in the year ended 31 March 2019. How many calls were amde to the 0845 number in the year to 31 March 19.

Please provide copies of the relevants invoices or statements for the year.

Yours faithfully

Derek Dishman
