the criteria mentioned does not fit...it seems atos are protected wrongly and safeguarded from keeping data unlike any other organisation they have absolute power and do not need to keep any information about anyone and this is without any legislation being pased ,it has yet to be tested through court action to force atos to give up this privelagded status which is wrongful and unethical we are being denied the rights under the FOI ,the dwp are deliberately using subterfuge in denying anyone information....atos has databanks of information and noone knows what is happening to all this they have already been caught out in america for simmallar reasons and are now a discredited organisation,this insurance giant seems to have an unnerving influence with the dwp....

I have published my experience on my website

This includes all correspondence with the DWP, Atos, CQC, GMC and the Minister. It has been over five months and no end in site. Under FOI, I have received extracts (500 pages) of the Contract between the DWP and Atos Healthcare. This is a very useful document I recommend everyone interested in ESA request a copy.
