2. It is understood that TVCA now accepts serious failings occurred in the letting of the Tees Valley Legal Services panel contract in 2021 and it’s rumoured that at least one senior member of staff has had to “fall on their sword” as a result.
Therefore, please confirm that the continuation of the panel is being reviewed. If the review has already been concluded kindly provide the findings.
Our response:
We can confirm that the Framework is not presently under review. The remainder of your question is seeking an opinion and therefore will not be answered under the scope of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
