Tees Valley Legal Services Panel: Procurement Failings
Dear Tees Valley Combined Authority,
1. Please provide all FOI requests made about the Tees Valley Combined Authority Legal Services Framework, since 1 May 2021 up to today’s date, and the responses provided.
2. It is understood that TVCA now accepts serious failings occurred in the letting of the Tees Valley Legal Services panel contract in 2021 and it’s rumoured that at least one senior member of staff has had to “fall on their sword” as a result.
Therefore, please confirm that the continuation of the panel is being reviewed. If the review has already been concluded kindly provide the findings.
Yours faithfully,
S.Watkins
