Tees Valley Combined Authority purchasing policy

The request was partially successful.

Dear Tees Valley Combined Authority,

Dear sirs

Can you send me all emails and other directions from B. Houchen, Tees Valley Mayor and his advisers, to staff at Tees Valley Combined Authority between 1/3/2020 and 1/4/2020 which relate to:

a) prolonging framework DN321535?

b) a policy to award TVCA contracts to locally based law firms?

I am considering submitting a further request on this topic, so please do not destroy records on the topic of B.Houchen’s instructions around DN321535.

Yours faithfully,

Jack Greenwell
