Dear Mr. Hedley,
Freedom of Information Act 2000 – Ref: 45/2020
Thank you for your correspondence received on 26^th August, 2020. In
response to your request I can now provide the following information.
1. Weekly passenger numbers across your network since launch, broken down
into:
a. standard fare paying passengers, and; b. passengers using an ENCTS
card.
a. In the period between service launch on 24 February and 31 August,
there have been 20,181 completed customer journeys - see attached for
weekly breakdown.
b. There is no ENCTS reimbursement with Tees Flex, as this is contained
within the tender price, and therefore concessionary passengers are
not disaggregated in the reports.
2. The reimbursement amount for each ENCTS passenger travelling on Tees
Flex.
There is no ENCTS reimbursement metric – see response to 1 b) above.
3. The number of registered app users.
There have been 5,964 Tees Flex accounts created since launch (up until
3rd September). Note, this is different to app installs, of which there
have been 3,324 Android and 3,869 iOS. This variation is because not all
customers who download the app then go on to create an account.
4. The number of monthly bookings, broken down into a. by app, and; b. by
phone
See attached monthly breakdown.
If you have any queries or concerns please contact me in the first
instance.
However, if you are unhappy with the way your request for information has
