Tees Flex contract
Dear Tees Valley Combined Authority,
Under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide me with the following information on the contract between TVCA and Stagecoach North East for the Demand Responsive Transport contract. This is listed in your contracts register as PR1-2020.
1. The total cost to TVCA over the 3 year contract
2. The annual cost of the contract to TVCA
3. The additional cost to TVCA for the service expansion from 1st Sept 2020
Despite this being listed as 'commercially sensitive' in your contracts register, I would suggest that the public interest in maintaining the exemption does not outweigh the public interest
in disclosing the information.
I await your response.
Yours faithfully,
Mr Hedley
