Further to your emails of 7 August 2023, I can confirm that we hold the
information you have requested and have handled your request within the
terms of the FoIA.  
 
Your request and our responses are as follows:  

What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?

The contract does not have overarching KPI’s. Each specific piece of work
undertaken under the contract has a dedicated Statement of Work. Each SOW
has KPI’s and delivery milestones which allow the contract manager to
monitor performance of the supplier.
 
Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages • Actual spend on this
contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to
the current date • Start date & duration of framework/contract?
We had two bids for the ITT, from Actica and Stratia. Actica were
successful and awarded the contract. The actual spend to date is
£1,870,644.52. The commencement date of the contract was 1^st May 2022 and
the expiry is 1^st May 2024.
 
Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given
to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised

Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension?
Yes, there is a 12 month extension option.
 
Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed?
