Technical evaluation of IOM and AGEF
Dear UK Border Agency,
Could you please release the "thorough technical evaluation of two service providers assisting returnees in Afghanistan - IOM for voluntary returnees and AGEF for enforced returnees – [..] to assess the reintegration process of returnees" [1] conducted by Altai Consulting in Afghanistan in 2008/9. It is part II of the public document cited in [1].
Please confirm whether there are still plans to contract a reintegration centre in Kabul for returnees to Afghanistan. If yes, what are the technical specifications for the centre?

Could you please release the "audit report commissioned by the UK Border Agency and carried out by PricewaterhouseCoopers"[2], I believe dated 2009, on AGEF.
Does the UKBA have any ongoing contract with AGEF, or plans to renew a contract with them in the coming year?
Yours faithfully,
Sarah Kamal
