Technical Assessment Project in respect of Hoylake Golf Resort
Dear Sir or Madam,
In 2007 Capita Symonds were given a Technical Assessment Project in respect of Hoylake Golf Resort. Included in the brief was the issue of "biodiversity and nature conservation, including the potential impact on any protected species".
The Assessment was presented to Cabinet on the 10th January 2008 (Minute 442) as an exempt item. Please could you send me, in full, the part of the exempt Report which addresses "biodiversity and nature conservation, including the potential impact on any protected species". In addition, please could I have details of which organisations were consulted in the preparation of this part of the Report.
Yours faithfully,
Margaret Campbell

Margaret Campbell,
I've read the Report and Appendix both of which were very interesting. I hope that you, too, have found them of use. Why they should have been EXEMPT, is beyond my understanding. If you know why, I would appreciate sharing with you. You may know my name and background. If so, please, email me.
