The Council is not obligated to undertake internal reviews which do not satisfy the requirements of the Code of Practice issued under section 45 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Your request for an internal review will be considered in accordance with the Code and you will be informed of the Council’s decision as soon as possible.
If you are not content with the outcome of any internal review you have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow SK9 5AF. Please note that the Information Commissioner is likely to expect internal review procedures to have been exhausted before beginning his investigation.
