Dear South West London Sustainability and Transformation Partnership,

Do you commission or manage any Find and Treat Teams to identify vulnerable individuals with tuberculosis?
If so, could you provide the following details
1. Which borough (or boroughs) does the team(s) operate in?
2. How many people did they see in the last 2018-19 and 2019-20?
3. How many of these individuals were identified as having active TB?
4. How many of those so identified went on to complete a course of treatment?
5. What was the cost of running each team?
6. Is that cost shared with any other body?

Yours faithfully,

Clive Furness

Dear Mr Furness

Thank you for your email requesting information below.

I understand that you are requesting the information from the South West
London Sustainability and Transformation Partnership. However
the Partnership is not a public authority, so is therefore not subject to
the FOI Act (‘the Act’) and cannot receive FOI requests. Instead, the
partnership is made up of a group of healthcare organisations. You would
need to make your request to the membership organisations directly, as
they are statutory organisations and comply with the Act.

You can find a list of these organisations on the following link:

Kind regards,
