Tayside Pension Fund ESG practices

The request was partially successful.

To whom it may concern,

Thank you for your full response to my previous request, this is greatly appreciated.

In the text of the response to my previous request (entitled 'The Scottish Local Government Pension Scheme and its fiduciary duty to manage climate change risk) you stated:

1. "The fund conducted an employer consultation on investment in tobacco 2 years ago and reviewed the ESG policy as a result of this and legal opinion received."

2. "The fund use PIRC global voting guidance to support effective capital ownership."

Would you please provide me with additional information regarding these points as follows:
a. Information about the consultation to employers including the number of respondents, a list of questions asked, responses received, and the results of the consultation, including any reports written for the fund board or council pensions committee.
b. The legal opinion recieved by the fund described above.
c. The amount of money, if any, Dundee City Council or the Tayside Pension Fund has paid to PIRC for their services in the last 3 years.

Best wishes,

Ric Lander
