a. Who currently provides the Trust’s taxi service?
b. What is the Trust’s annual spend on all taxi services?
c. Who is responsible for managing this service and what are their phone, email and postal contact details?
d. How do you advertise this service for competitive tender, when did this last take place and when will it next be undertaken?
2. PTS (Patient Transport Services)
a. Who currently provides the Trust’s PTS service?
b. What is the Trust’s annual spend on PTS?
c. Who is responsible for managing this service and what are their phone, email and postal contact details?
d. How do you advertise this service for competitive tender, when did this last take place and when will it next be undertaken?

Please see below in response to your recent FOI request.
1. Taxis
a. Who currently provides the Trust’s taxi service? The trust does
not have a specific taxi provider, taxis are booked on a local basis by
individual teams
b. What is the Trust’s annual spend on all taxi services? 54k
c. Who is responsible for managing this service and what are their
phone, email and postal contact details? N/A
d. How do you advertise this service for competitive tender, when
did this last take place and when will it next be undertaken? N/A
2. PTS (Patient Transport Services) We are unable to answer these
questions as the commissioning for this service is undertaken by the
Primary Care Trust’s (PCTs) and not Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust
a. Who currently provides the Trust’s PTS service? N/A
b. What is the Trust’s annual spend on PTS? N/A
c. Who is responsible for managing this service and what are their
phone, email and postal contact details? N/A
d. How do you advertise this service for competitive tender, when
did this last take place and when will it next be undertaken? N/A
