make, model and serial numbers of all testing equipment use in taxi and PHV testing at the council garage:
copies of all calibration certificates and details of repairs carried out to the equipment.
copies of all invoices relating to the repair of calibration of testing equipment.
dates of all VOSA inspections of the testing facility.
copies of all VOSA inspection reports issued following their inspections.
the number of vehicle examiners and person involved with taxi and PHV testing.
the total number of first tests completed by month.
the total number of retests completed by month.
the number of failures per month and the reasons why the taxi or PHV failed

We have looked into your request for information about taxi testing
equipment
The cost of complying with your request exceeds the appropriate limit of
time taken under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to provide
information. However I can advise that information from 2013 onwards can
be produced within the appropriate time limit and I have attached this for
your attention. Due to the size (MB) of the documents I am sending them on
two separate E mails titled E mail 1 and 2.
