2. Please provide all information related to any meetings, phone calls, emails or any other contact, where the subject of Edinburgh taxi ranks or taxi provision were included, which have taken place over the last 6 years.

3. Please provide all details of any talks or plans relating to taxi ranks in Edinburgh, whether finalised or not. This should include details of any scheduled meetings & plans which may not yet be confirmed.

Unfortunately, we cannot identify the information you have requested from the details you have provided. To help us meet your request, could you please provide the following:

With regards to above request, the scope of this request is significant (particularly over a six year period) covering a number of different sections of the Council including:
• Licensing
• Traffic Orders Team
• Locality Teams
• Public Transport
• Children and Families
• Health and Social Care

From a Public Transport perspective, we can provide minutes/action notes from the Taxi Working Group that has met intermittently over the years along with some general email traffic between ourselves and taxi orgs notifying of temporary taxi stances resulting from construction works etc (there would be quite a large number of emails). As this could take quite a lot of time would you consider refining your request by clarifying what specific information you are seeking?

On receipt of these further details, we will respond to your request within 20 working days. Please note that the statutory 20 working day deadline for responding to your request does not start until we receive the requested clarification from you.

If we do not hear from you within 40 working days, we will assume that you are no longer seeking the information you have requested and we will take no further action.
