Under the Freedom of Information Act could I please request information as to how many other convicted criminals your council has provided access to the general public over the past ten years.
I feel that people of Cardiff deserve the right to know if they are playing Russian roulette whenever entering a Cardiff City Council awarded cab.

I am writing to request an internal review of Cardiff Council's handling of my FOI request 'Taxi Licensing and Convictions'.
You have neither had the decency to reply to my request despite it being demanded by law.
I have also noticed a letter published by Media Wales from a certain private hire taxi driver who I suspect who's details would have been contained in your reply if you had truthfully done so.
This private hire Cardiff council awarded individual's details are available upon request.
